Sometime in October or November 2008, all of my personal websites were attacked. As soon as we thought they were up and running again, they were right back to the way they were. I will tell you, it was driving me crazy! This month I decided to take a drastic measure. I backed everything up that needed to be backed up (SQL databases and pictures), then moved my website to a new host. I then proceeded to reinstall Joomla! 1.5, and the components that I was using on the old site, uploaded my pictures, and imported my SQL tables. That in and of itself made having a dynamic website so worth it! It took about 2 hours tops. Mind you, this website doesn't have the content that my main site has, but I was so relieved that I didn't have to add all of those links again! I think I would have cried!
Anyway, my website is clean. If you aren't sure, go out and download the Avast Anti-Virus Program. It's totally worth the time and effort. I'll never use another one.

I've spent some time adding links to the new Educational WebLinks section. When you drop by, click on WebLinks to see all of the links in alphabetical order (below the categories), or click on one of the categories to view just those links. The links can be sorted and searched. If you hold your cursor over the URL after the description, a thumbnail of the website will pop-up. Have fun surfing! I'll be adding new links daily.

It took days and lots of coffee, but I've gone through all of my art links, and posted them all. I found some really outstanding sites that require mentioning. Therefore, I am featuring one this week that wins my award. That's made up, by the way, but may be worth coming up with a graphic for it. Not that anyone would care whether I named them Absolutely Awesome, or not, but it may be helpful to someone out there.

The only thing that was really on this site was some really old stuff that Aric put up when we were first homeschooling, and a bunch of homeschool links. I have to say that I have a LOT more links to add, and some other content, so I thought I would go ahead and redo this site.
